Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 28 May 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

The Atelier FLE service ("Service") is operated by Jatin Kant ("Atelier FLE", "we", "us"). By using the Service you ("you") agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Atelier FLE provides AI-generated DELF practice tests and lessons for levels A1–C1, with automated scoring and feedback. We are an independent practice tool and are not affiliated with France Éducation international or any official examination body.

3. Eligibility and account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction or have parental consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. AI-generated content

Lessons, scores, and feedback are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying outputs and for how you use them. The Service is not a substitute for accredited examination or professional tutoring. We may filter, restrict, or remove AI outputs and content at our discretion. You retain rights to your inputs and grant us a limited licence to process them in order to provide the Service.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, content, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have purchased.

8. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination your right to use the Service ends; you may request export or deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us (via Paddle) in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is not permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. The competent courts of France have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
