Refund Policy

Atelier FLE (operated by Jatin Kant) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@atelierfle.com with your order reference and we will help you through Paddle.

Donations

Voluntary donations made through the "Buy me a coffee" option are also refundable within 30 days via the same process.

After the 30-day window

Beyond 30 days, refunds are at our discretion. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
